Woke Up To A White Out Today.

Image via WikipediaMan that was quick. I was out with friends last night jamming with our guitars and having a few beers. Things were pretty slick as the little snow we received melted into a sheet of ice. I called a cab and was snug in my bed by 2am. The skies were clear and even though it was rather chilly it was not a bad evening.

Then I woke up this morning…

The first place I headed this morning was to the kitchen to put on some coffee. I tend to need more coffee after a jam, not sure why that would be. Ha

Next I came in to my office and turned on the radio and computer. That is when I  heard that I should be looking out my window.  I looked out into a white out and could barely see our property fence just 30 feet away.

I can’t see much more than our backyard when I look out my office window, which is just fine with me, it’s a beautiful view. I headed to the livingroom where I could get a better view of the streets outside.

There are few cars out but the ones that are seem to be stuck every where. Just looking out my window I see three vehicles with people pushing them. It’s going to be one of those days.

It’s not snowman making snow so I won’t be out there playing in it today. A great day to just play indoors.
